hey there.

I’m a contemplative psychotherapist (AMFT), yoga and meditation teacher, sound worker, Reiki practitioner, singer-songwriter, and Nike Well Collective trainer with many years of training in yoga, engaged Buddhist and yogic meditation, breathwork, and sound. I am a lifelong student committed to sharing the practices that help me to find steadiness, purpose, and peace.

I believe conscious movement, stillness, breath, sound, silence, and community can lead each of us to our highest selves. Through commitment and constant practice, we can find courage, compassion, resilience, and grace. I have an undergraduate degree in biology from Dartmouth College and a Master’s in the intersection of English literature and ecopsychology from NYU. I completed my Master’s in integral counseling psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2024 and offer therapy through Marina Counseling Center. My approach is highly interdisciplinary and rooted in a deep belief in interconnectedness, interdependence, and the possibility and necessity of collective liberation.
